If you have a car in HK it's worth driving to Sai Kong for Steak which simply goes down! The homemade chips were also very tasty and you add the cheese from the Raclette! Starters we had the French Onion soup with a twist of Fois Gras inside.

Huge thumbs up for a fantastic meal last night. I can't believe I've lived in Sai Kung for so long without visiting. The Wagyu tenderloin is one of the best steaks I have ever had !

Best steak I have had in my life........

和太太第二次在這裡興祝結婚周年纪念了,上次是一年前。選擇這裡的原因是因為食物和環境,去大酒店或是市區,雖然也可能找到同等質素的食物,但價格一定要一倍以上,沒有兩千元埋不了單。
況且他們的環境非常不錯,很適合聊天和慶祝。
今天我們點了燒帶子和大蝦沙律做前菜,帶子非常和蝦都非常新鮮,味道更是一絕。
主菜我們點了一個五成熟的M9牛排,水準之高是我近這三個月以來的第一次。之後我們再點了一個火腿芝士的拼盤,配紅酒簡直就是享受。之後他們更特別為我們凖備了一個非麗的甜點去慶祝我們的週年紀念,深深感受到店主對于食物和客人的重視。我已經和太太約好下個月會再來了。

餐廳環境開揚舒適,和其主打的法國家鄉菜一樣充滿田園風味 Chez Raymond De Paris 是位於西貢的隱敝法式小館,法籍老闆 Raymond 的曾祖母曾在法國貴族家當廚,食譜和廚藝一直流傳至現在 Raymond 位於面貢的小店內。餐廳環境開揚舒適,和其主打的法國家鄉菜一樣充滿田園風味。 餐廳平日只做晚市,而且可供選擇的菜式大概只有5、6款,但所謂貴精不貴多,Raymond 對食材相當講究,保證以時令入饌,烹調過程也絕不馬虎,例如一味紅酒煮牛肉,就會先把牛肋骨以紅酒醃足一天,保證完全入味後才伴上大量蔬菜熬煮,而且連伴碟的薯蓉也做得幼滑帶薯香,相當難得。
