Dear All,it is our great pleasure to inform you that Rodolphe Le Meunier, one the best Cheese affineur (cheese master) will visit Chez Raymond de Paris Restaurant Sunday 13th of March and will share sublime cheeses with us. Rodolphe Le Meunier is the 3rd geneations of cheese master from La Croix-en-Touraine. His expertise has earned him both the coveted title of Best Cheesemonger in France but also the title of world's best cheese master in 2007. He artfully crafts delicious cheeses and fabulous French butter called Beurre de Barratte (a traditional process using wood barrel to "beat" the cream until it turns into butter), is workshop in Loire host seven caves used for aging cheese.
Because excellent wines are best friend of excellent cheese, we will be presenting you selected high quality wines to be appreciated together.
